The line is completely managed by the PLC, this allows a flexibility of production and an adaptation of the same, to the typology and thickness of the materials to be produced.
All the principal functions of the line can be controlled and managed from an operative panel (LCD touch-screen).
Main Capacity of Machine equal to
250 Bags / Min depending from resin type, thickness and bag length.
The main components of the line are:
- Motorized Single/Double Un-winding unit with pneumatic brake control system for reel up to 600 mm dia.
- Side weld system with possibility to change the knife and the lower contrast according to material thickness
- Conveyor belt, driven by A.C. motor and Inverter control
- Automatic stacking table for bags, synchronized with the machine with the possibility to set the trolley position according to bags - lenght
The main features of the machine are:
- Servo motor drive for material feeding with Brushless motor
- Close circuit water cooling pump for nip-roll section
- Side weld system with hot knife with possibility to change the same according to material thickness
- Synchronized system for working operations (sealing & feeding) with a DOUBLE cammes device for upper and lower sealing bar to obtain a better sealing, managed from a LCD Touch screen
- Efficient Sealing unit - turnover system for an easy cleaning of the same only from operator side with quick lever system.
- Intelligent Electronic eye (photocell) with different program selection in order to reach proper reading according material and different colours
- Antishock antistatic bars - high capacity with suitable generator
- Coloured-LCD Touch screen for working parameters, setting datas and alarm diagnostics
- Sealing unit -temperature control included in the LCD Touch screen managed by PLC
- Recipes system: possibility to recall and memorize the recipes of production
On request it is possible to install different accessories as:
- Motorized un-winding unit suitable for reelo up to Ø1000 with In-Line V-folding unit for single reel sheet operation
- Un-winding unit with two indipendent motorized axes suitable for reelo up to Ø700
- Double Bottom sealing head (T-shirt Bags)
- Single Bottom sealing head (Open mouth Bags)
- Ni-Cr Sealing head (Single & Double bottom unit)
